Triple Shooting in London: Woman Killed, Two Men Injured in Harlesden Incident
A murder investigation is underway following a triple shooting in northwest London, which has left a woman dead and two men injured. The incident occurred on Gifford Road in Harlesden, with Metropolitan Police officers responding to reports of gunfire around 9.15pm on Saturday.
The deceased woman, believed to be in her 40s, was found injured at the scene and was pronounced dead despite the efforts of emergency services. Two men in their 30s were also injured; one remains in critical condition in hospital, while the other’s injuries are not life-threatening.
Road closures are in effect around the location, and no arrests have been made yet. Residents have expressed their shock and concern, with one neighbour describing hearing multiple loud bangs and witnessing the chaos that followed.
Superintendent Tony Josephs from the North West Command Unit called the incident “truly shocking” and reassured the public that detectives are working diligently to solve the case. He urged anyone with information, especially those in the area at the time of the shooting, to come forward to help provide answers for the devastated family.
