A portion of the images he accessed fell under category A, depicting the most severe forms of abuse. Frogson, hailing from Nottinghamshire, admitted to four charges in Nottingham Crown Court:

  • Production of 165 category A indecent photographs of a child
  • Production of 88 category B indecent photographs of a child
  • Production of 592 category C indecent photographs of a child
  • Possession of three prohibited images of a child

These offenses were carried out between December 1, 2019, and January 13, 2023.

Despite being recognized for his performance in the CBBC series “Joe All Alone” with a Children’s BAFTA nomination in 2018, Frogson was sentenced to an eight-month custodial term, suspended for two years. Additionally, he was mandated to register as a sex offender for a decade, undergo a sex offender rehabilitation program, and attend 15 rehabilitation sessions.

According to Nottinghamshire Live, authorities pinpointed Frogson’s location in Nuthall, Nottinghamshire, when an IP address associated with his residence was linked to the downloading of child abuse images in early 2023. Subsequently, law enforcement seized two devices and discovered the illicit images during examination. Frogson’s latest known address was disclosed to the court as Malthouse Close in Eastwood, Nottinghamshire.
